Love conchas? These soft, fluffy Mexican sweet breads have a sweet, shell-patterned topping. Come learn how to make them from scratch!
You’ll also learn to prepare another dough you can use to make different types of bread.
🥣 We’ll teach you how to prepare and shape the doughs, let them rise, and bake them at the right temperatures.

También aprenderás a preparar otra masa que podrás usar para hacer diferentes tipos de pan.

Registration is not complete until the class is paid in full. Registration fees are non refundable, but you can transfer to another class if 48 hours notice is given (subject to availability). Please note that every person planning to participate must register individually (with the exception of an adult assisting a child). There is a minimum of 8 people for private class. Louise's reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes if minimum class size is not met (a full refund will be given if a class is canceled). Registration is on a first come- first served basis. Please plan on arriving at least 5 minutes early.
