PLACING AN ORDER

Louise's specializes in custom cakes for all occasions. Since custom cakes require varying amounts of time and expertise from our cake artists, pricing can vary quite a bit. To place a cake order, either come by the shop, call or email us. We ask that provide as much detail as necessary to complete your order to your specifications. For example, if you have color swatches, an invitation, napkins, or any other items you would like to use as inspiration please bring those with you (or email pics) when placing your order. We do our best to respond to emails in a timely manner, but it may take up to 48 hours to get a response (or more on the weekends) so if you have an urgent request please call the shop to place your order. Deposits are required on an any orders over $50.

PICKING UP YOUR ORDER

Please pickup your cake after your scheduled time. Orders are prepared in the order of time requested, so if you show up early your cake may not be ready. Always plan to pickup your cake in plenty of time for you event in case any changes are needed. When picking up your order, please review everything to ensure it meets your specifications. It is our goal that you leave 100% happy with your purchase, so please let us know if there is anything you are less than pleased with and we will be happy to make it right. If you are unable to pickup your order, please send someone who is able to approve the cake on your behalf.
